Recently bought a BMW and couldn't be more happy. Fantastic service, Ian was brilliant at sorting everything out to make it a easy straight forward process. First genuine garage in leeds I have come across that cares more about looking after the customer rather than just wanting their money. Definitely worth getting yourself down and checking the cars he has in stock ! Only thing I'd say was the car could have done with a proper wash before I picked it up, but other than that, faultless.

Firstly, outstanding customer service! Bought my first car from Ian a week ago. He rang me to ask what I was looking for and then suggested a car based on what I wanted. I went for a test drive and any issues I had were all resolved by the time I went to pick it up. Ian is incredibly knowledgeable about cars, as someone who knows nothing, I really felt reassured that I was buying the right one! It's clear they care a lot about their customers and really go above and beyond wherever they can. I will definitely be recommending Eagle Car Centre to friends and family!

I had a car to sell and called into Eagle Car Centre on Saturday 2 April and met Ian. He had a look at my car and a price was agreed. I said I would take the car back today with the necessary paperwork. The money was transferred to my account in no time and at no extra cost to me. When I got home I realised I needed a code to claim my vehicle tax back so e-mailed Ian who replied almost immediately. The customer service was excellent so if you have a car to sell try Ian at Eagle Car Centre on Whitehall Road, New Farnley. I found him to be an absolute gent. I was also offered a lift home but as I live local I declined the kind offer

I have just bought my Mokka from this garage. What a helpful, friendly, welcoming man Ian was. The car is just lovely and Ian even did all the paperwork for me so i literally had nothing else to do. I travelled to pick the car up on my own with my 7 year year old and i felt very well looked after, not intimidated like i would have at many car showrooms. The car came with 3 months warranty with the option to extend this further including break down cover. The company who found me this car only deal with reputable dealers. This in my eyes shows the commitment to selling good, well checked over cars. I have no doubt that if i ever had any problems (not that there would be) i could contact Ian and he would help me the best he could. Many thanks Ian, your service and car is very much appreciated! I will definately return in years to come and tell friends and family about Ian at Eagle Car Centre.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cars are good value but go quickly so if you see one you like don't delay. Was able to organise a viewing, deposit and pay and drive away within a week. Highly recommend and as a first time buyer they were very informative about both the car and other things I needed to arrange (insurance, car tax...)

What can I say!! We bought our car from Ian at eagle car centre back in September 21"¦. The process from enquiry through to delivery was quick, efficient and pleasant. Roll on to feb 22 we discovered an issue contacted Ian and after an immediate response our issues were addressed and remedied without question. Extremely happy with eagle car centre, Ian and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Will certainly check them out for our next purchase. Thankyou once again.
